Introduction

Principle overview
The finely ground pulp is fed into the water tank from the feed inlet in the middle of the settlement area. The slurry gradation settlement area is under the inclined installation of the water tank. The spiral low speed rotation plays a role in stirring the pulp, making the fine particles suspended above and overflow to the overflow weir. Coarse particles sink to the bottom of the tank and are transported by a screw to the discharge port for returm sand discharge. The position of the overflow weir is higher than the bearing center at the lower end of the spiral shaft and lower than the upper edge of the spiral at the overflow end.
