Ball Mill Features:
Ball mills are suitable for grinding various ores and other materials, and are widely used in mineral processing, building materials and chemical industries. They can be divided into dry and wet grinding methods. According to different ore discharge methods, it can be divided into grid type and overflow type. According to the shape of the cylinder, it can be divided into four types: short cylinder ball mill, long cylinder ball mill, tube mill and conical mill.
Ball mill Working Principle:
A ball mill is a horizontal rotary device driven by an external gear. The material is conveyed evenly through the quill shaft into the grinding chamber. The cavity has trapezoidal gaskets and corrugated gaskets and steel balls of different specifications. The centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder elevates the steel ball to a certain height to impact and grind the material. The crushed material is discharged through the unloading plate to complete the crushing process.
