Wet Dry Ball Mill Mining Machine Cement
Working principle
This mill is used for open-flow cement grinding. The mill is divided into one, two, three (or four bins); the material feeding device enters the coarse material bin (one bin) of the mill through the spiral cylinder in the feeding hollow shaft. After the material is roughly crushed, it enters the second bin through the compartment grate and is further crushed. The material crushed to small enough particles enters the three silos through the sieve compartment. The materials are ground and finely crushed in the three warehouses. After the particles reach the fineness requirements, they are discharged out of the mill through the discharge grate, the discharge screw and the discharge device.
Application
Ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line which include silicate, new-type building material, cement, refractory material, fertilizer, glass ceramics and so on. It can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to different extracting way of mine. At the same time, it also can grind ores or other materials that can be grinded either by wet process or by dry process.
